Andrew was a one of a kind son, brother, and uncle, and our family will never forget him. He had a contagious laugh that could be heard from rooms away as he watched his favorite show, Married with Children. He was an avid fan of the Pats, Celtics and Bruins. and of course, Star Trek. Andrew was easy to please and loved everything related to food including gardening, cooking shows and finding new recipes to try. When his nieces and nephews were babies they all loved Uncle Andrew, especially naptimes snuggled on his chest. Andrew didn't always have it easy. A brain tumor and the sudden loss of his young father made for many challenges along the way. But he persevered through it all. He grew into a warm, generous brother and uncle who never forgot a birthday or Christmas presents for his family. He worked for quite a few years at McClean's Hospital and had a full, happy life with his inseparable sidekick, Mum. Together they drove thousands of miles to all their favorite places with a special fondness for Lake Winnipesaukee and Florida. Andrew enjoyed a full and happy life. He will be deeply missed by all of us and his dog Molly. May you rest in peace our sweet Andrew. We will always love you.

Andrew is survived by his loving mother, Carole (Williams) DeAmbrose of Boxford, his siblings Liane and Rick Carrio of Boxford, Keith and Kellie DeAmbrose of Wilmington, Michael and Christine DeAmbrose of Wilmington, Kim DeAmbrose of Salem , John and Pam Shaughnessy of Dalton, Kelly Peterson of Grand Lake, CO. He was predeceased by his sister, Karen DeAmbrose of Belmont, MA. Andrew will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews, Amy, Michael, Mitchell, Matthew Sadie and Brett, as well our entire extended family. Please remember Andrew by making a donation to the American Heart Association.
