Joseph Belakonis of Middleton, Massachusetts, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019. He was 62. Joe was born on July 18, 1956, in Rochester, New Hampshire. He attended Masconomet Regional High School and graduated in 1974. He married Lydia Carroll, and together they had four children, Joshua, Justin, Cobby, and Jordan. Joe worked as a Mason at Zampell Refractories for 39 years and truly dedicated himself to his craft. Joe had a great sense of humor and was known for his classic quotes. There was nothing he enjoyed more than spending a summer day in the backyard with his family, grilling, throwing horseshoes and drinking cold beverages. Joe is survived by his wife Lydia, sons Joseph, Joshua, Justin, Cobby, and Jordan, his sister Deborah, and several nieces and nephews.
