Roy DiCicco died suddenly on January 26, 2018 in a tragic automobile accident. He was the devoted husband of Robyn Sesser and the father of Britany DiCicco. He is also the father of Tracy DiCicco from his previous marriage. He is the brother of Nancy, Rose, and Robert DiCicco. He is also the adored uncle of Dianne Leventhal, Heather Leventhal, Erin Leventhal, Vivian Soscia, Ryan Soscia, and Julie Ristino. He is also the great-uncle of Lexy and Isabella Leventhal.

Roy was born and raised in East Boston, MA but spent most of his adult life on the North Shore of Boston. In 1989 he married his wife, Robyn, and in 1991 they welcomed a daughter, Britany into the world. He raised his family in Middleton, MA and enjoyed a wonderful life with his family filled with family vacations, theater, dining out, concerts, coaching sports, entertaining at his home, and spending time with his many friends. Although Roy was born into a Catholic family, because his wife and daughter were Jewish he embraced Judaism and lived his life according to Jewish customs and traditions. He did everything for his family and friends and wanted to make everyone else happy. He was also a great care taker of his beloved dog, Hanna.

Roy was an extremely successful and high-powered sales professional in the trucking and shipping industry. He was employed at Boston Freightliner for nearly 30 years where he accomplished great business success and also made life-long friendships with his colleagues and clients. He was truly passionate about his profession.

Roy was a loyal New England Patriots fan and was glued to the TV during football season. He enjoyed having friends and family over for the games. He will be cheering on the Patriots from heaven in this yearís super bowl.

He is predeceased by his parents Roy and Nancy DiCicco, his mother and father-in-law Stephen and Janice Sesser, and his brother-in-law Daniel Leventhal. My deepest and sincere condolences to the DiCicco family. Roy loved you guys and spoke of you every time we spoke . He was undoubtedly one of the most mid-understood people Iíve ever met and I loved him as a brother. Iím going to miss our regular conversations and texts for I have the luxury of still having some texts from him and I have enjoyed being able to go back to them throughout the last few days. He was a great man, father, teacher, and most of all friend. Roy, your wisdom will last forever! Love You Pal, Louie and Albina.
Robyn and Britany: The heartbreaking and sudden tragic death of both a husband and a father is hard to comprehend. There are not adequate words for your loss, only sorrow. Roy was a thoughtful man who cared for his family, even his dog Hanna, as he stopped at Costco every Friday to buy her a roast chicken. Both Rich and I send our thoughts and prayers today and in the days to come. Love to both of you with heartfelt sympathy, Aunt Joanna and Uncle Richard
