Rose M. D'Ambrosio of Middleton, formerly of Charlestown, passed away on November 1, 2015. "Rose" was raised in Charlestown and enjoyed countless hours at the Girl's Club and graduated from Charlestown High School. She was very active in the "Old Charlestown Schoolgirl's Association" and was a past president of that association. Rose worked as a telephone operator for AT&T, Mass. General Hospital and Filenes. She enjoyed playing cards, dancing, reading, travel and spending time with her family. "Rose" was married for 52 yearts to the late Anthony (Tony) D'Ambrosio. She is survived by her son, Gregory, daughter in-law Elaine, her grandchildren James and Jennifer, all of Middleton. Her brother in-law Peter D'Ambrosio of New Hampshire, and Michael D'Ambrosio, Sr. of Charlestown, Her cousin Virginia Breedy of Lynn and many nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
